 Above the borders of the propery sits the new rustic country house "La
Chaparra". The 140 square meter Cortijo has 3 bedrooms, open fire-place,
barbeque area, a small yard and a sun terrace place. It can accommodate up to 7 people and baby.
It offers a breath-taking view over the valley of the Guadalfeo river all the
way to the Mediterranean, the mountains of the Contraviesa and in clear weather
up to the African continent.

The center of the house is a large, comfortable live dining/living with open fire-place and bricked tiled stove and fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, four-ring stove with baking oven). |
| The multicolored tiled bathroom has 2 wash basins, a large bath tub, WC and bidet. Solar cells and wind energy with 220 V / 700 W transformers ensure the pollution free current supply for laptop, videocamera, mobile battery chargers etc. A gas boiler ensures hot water. Sat-TV and internet access via WiFi. |

There are 3 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and baby bed, second with double bed and third with double and single bed. |

From the sun terrace it is a short distance to the pool area. The small shady inner courtyard is a good alternative to the large terrace with barbeque and dining corner. The Swimming pool lies directly beside the house. The pool is 9 x 4 m and 1.50 m to 2.20 m deep. It is filled with pure Spring water and has a very good cleaning and filtering unit. |
