 Between almond and fruit trees the Cortijo "La Chicharra" stands,
built in the style and stone typical of the area. The property is a large
country house with 4 bedrooms, open fire-place, barbeque area and two sun terraces.
It can accommodate up to 10 people and baby. You can also rent only the
lower floor (max. 4 adults + baby).

This house is surrounded by rich and unusual vegetation and combines comfort with rustic charm. From the main living area there is a terrace with a barbeque and dining corner, all covered with grape vines and climbing roses which gives the area a unique and intimate feeling. |

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, four-ring stove with baking oven). |
| On the same level there are two large bedrooms with double beds and adjoining bathroom. |

| Upstairs on the second floor are two further bedrooms with double bed and single bed. |

Both rooms have an entrance to the upper sun terrace and to a separate shower. |

Solar cells and wind energy with 220 V / 700 W transformers ensure the pollution free current supply for laptop, videocamera, mobile battery chargers etc. A gas boiler ensures hot water. Sat-TV and internet access via WiFi. |

The Swimming pool is approximately 30 m away. The pool is 9 x 4 m and 1.50 m to 2.20 m deep. The pool is filled with spring water and has a good cleaning and filtering system. Set in the terraced landscape, surrounded by trees and flowers, one can enjoy the sun and the overwhelming views from the comfortable sunbeds. |
